“This session is a testament to our ongoing efforts to enhance cooperation and understanding between workers and employers, ultimately contributing to a more harmonious and efficient work environment,” said Feliciano Orihuela, Jr. – RCMB Director, in his opening remarks.

The primary objective of this session was to foster a consistent level of understanding among labor and management representatives concerning essential laws. Through this initiative, participants aimed to stay up-to-date and effective in their respective roles, while also being more responsive to the evolving needs of their workforce and organizations.

During the event, the ECC delivered a concise and informative orientation on the Employees’ Compensation Program (ECP). Participants engaged in interactive discussions and practical exercises, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where ideas and best practices were freely exchanged. This collaborative approach is essential for the continuous improvement of labor-management relations and the effective implementation of workplace policies.
