Employees in Stanfilco Division of Dole Philippines, Inc. recently receive EC Program info materials and answer all their queries by ECC-REU 11 Information Officer Kaye Daga (Left photo, extreme right) during the HR at your Service one-stop shop activity of Dole Philippines, Inc at Surallah in South Cotabato.

 

The Employees’ Compensation Commission (ECC), thru its Regional Extension Unit (REU) 12, recently participated in the “HR at your service” activity of Stanfilco Division, Dole Philippines Inc., in Surallah, South Cotabato.

ECC’s information officer Kaye Daga provided information on the EC Program to Dole Stanfilco employees thru one-on-one consultation. Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials were also provided to the attendees who visited the ECC booth.

The said activity is a farm-based one-stop shop program of Dole Philippine, Inc. in order to bring various key services of the government to their employees.

“Nagpapasalamat po kami sa ECC, kasama ng ibang government agencies, sa pagpapaunlak sa aming imbitasyon. Kagaya po nila, kami din ay kaisa sa pagbibigay ng tulong sa aming mga empleyado. Ang one-stop shop program na ito ay isang oportunidad na masagot ang kani-kanilang mga katanungan at makilala ang iba’t iba ahensya ng gobyerno, kagaya ng ECC, kung saan sila ay pwedeng makakuha pa ng mga benepisyo,” Roselyn Mong said, coordinator and HR Benefits-Generalist Officer of Dole Philippines Inc.

The activity was also participated by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) 12, Social Security System (SSS), Pagtutulungan sa Kinabukasan: Ikaw, Bangko, Industriya at Gobyerno (Pag-IBIG) Fund, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC), Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
