The EMPLOYEES’ COMPENSATION COMMISSION (ECC), with office address at 4th and 5th floors ECC Bldg. 355 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, hereby invites interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid :
Name of Project/Brief Description: Procurement of Supply, Delivery, and Installation of One Unit Server, 29 sets of Desktop Computers, one set of Desktop Computer, 18 units of Laptop Computers, four units of Tablet PC, one unit of 4GB DIMM 1600 DDR3L (1x4GB), two units of Hard Disk Drives, three units of Laserjet Printers, one unit of Heavy Duty Scanner with ADF, one unit of Barcode Scanner, one unit of ID Card Printer, and One Year In-Design Software License
Required Specifications: refer to Annex “A” of Bid Documents
Approved Total Budget for the Contract : P3,250,000.00

The ECC-Bids and Awards Committee (ECC-BAC) will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Awards of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. No. 9184, and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR).

Bid Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the BAC Secretariat, ECC Supply Section, 5th floor, ECC Bldg., with telephone no. 899-4251 local 215, upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Three thousand pesos (P3,000.00). Kindly provide the BAC Secretariat with a letter of intent to participate in the bidding.
Only those bidders who have purchased the bid documents shall be allowed to participate in the Pre-Bid Conference.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The Employees’ Compensation Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder of Bidders.
