“Life is a continuous learning process,” said Rex Resurreccion in the recently concluded training workshop of the Employees’ Compensation Commission, entitled “Initiative and Interpersonal Communication Skills” on March 20-21, 2019 at the ECC Multi-purpose Hall, Makati City.

The training was facilitated by Resurreccion, founder of the Passion for Perfection Inc., a company that invents business and development games and implements experiential attitude-change programs.

“The topics are interesting and it is very helpful for us. We, in the regions, need to be capacitated to communicate our programs and projects in our locality effectively. Interpersonal skill is a must for all public officers and initiative is a gift that can be nurtured and learned,” said Mark Lester R. Flores, Administrative Officer of REU 6.

The module covered initiative and positive work attitude, effective communication and human relations essentials in the workplace.

“We always aim for excellence both in our office operations and in our staff development. In this technology driven time, ECC will elevate its standard on quality service through our proactive human resource management,” said ECC Executive Director Stella Z. Banawis.

The ECC, as an ISO-certified organization, maintains its effort to always improve its systems, policies and workforce.
