The Employees’ Compensation Commission (ECC) is excited to announce that it has achieved an exceptional rating of 97.12% in the 2023 Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) for its external clients who have completed a transaction within CY2023. This high score underscores the agency’s dedication to providing meaningful and appropriate compensation in case of work-related injuries, sickness disability, or death.
The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and the Governance Commission for GOCC (GCG) developed the harmonized CSM as an after-service availment survey that will assess the overall satisfaction and perception of clients on the government service they availed.
ECC Executive Director Kaima Via B. Velasquez commented, “This remarkable rating reflects our deep commitment to ensuring the well-being of our employees and clients. At ECC, we strive to continuously improve our processes and deliver services that exceed expectations. We are grateful for this recognition from the ARTA and proud of our team’s dedication to providing outstanding service.”
ECC similarly garnered outstanding results across the service quality dimensions (SQDs), with scores ranging from 96.32% in responsiveness up to 97.62% when it comes to assurance. Assurance is about respondents agreeing to have been treated courteously by ECC’s representatives and corroborated by their free responses i.e. “agency’s staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and polite.”
Almost all ECC services garnered an outstanding score. Applying for Availment of Prosthesis and Assistive Devices got the highest rating at 100%. Meanwhile Requesting for Conduct of On-site ECP Seminar was the highest rated when it comes to the combined SQDs (99.69%)
ECC remains committed to upholding the highest standards of service, ensuring that employees, and the persons with work-related disabilities (PWRDs) clients/beneficiaries receive the support they deserve.
