PUBLIC BIDDING FOR THE PROVISION OF ECC MESSAGE BLAST SERVICE FOR ONE (1) YEAR

 

In accordance with Section 22.5 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, the ECC- Bids and Awards Committee and by way of response to written queries raised by prospective bidder/s, the ECC Bids and Awards Committee issues this Bid Bulletin on the subject procurement:

1	ABC: 4,000,000  NUMBER OF MESSAGES IN TOR 1.7M PER QUARTER  WHICH MEANS 6.8M MESSAGES FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR   Therefore the budget per SMS is P0.588.   (Option 1) Would the 4M ABC be exhausted and converted to SMS therefore the winning bidder would be determined by their lowest price per SMS or (option 2) would the 1.7M SMS per quarter be a fixed number and shall be quoted as is.   –       Mr. Jay Nava Villanueva Yondu, Inc.	The 1.7 million SMS per quarter shall be used and be quoted as is.

 

All other portions of the subject Philippine Bidding Documents (PBDs) affected by the abovementioned amendments shall be made to conform to the same.  All other matters which are not included in this Supplemental Bid are hereby maintained by the ECC-BAC.

Amendments and clarifications made herein shall be considered an integral part of the Bidding Documents and its Terms and Conditions.  Any provision inconsistent herewith is hereby amended, modified and superseded accordingly.
