Qualification Standards:

Education: Bachelor of Laws
Eligibility: RA 1080 – Bar Passer
Experience: 4 years’ experience  involving management and supervision, Labor Laws,  Adjudication and Small claims cases
Training: 24 hours training in management and Supervision
Additional Requirement: Willing to travel and conduct information Campaign on Employees Compensation Program

Qualification Standards:

Education: Bachelor of Laws
Eligibility: RA 1080 – Bar Passer
Experience: 1 year experience  in Adjudication and Small claims cases
Training: 4 hours relevant training

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Eligibility: CS Professional or 2nd level eligibility
Experience: 2 years relevant experience and well-versed in government procurement laws
Training: 8 hours of relevant training

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Accountancy
Eligibility: CS Professional  Eligibility
Experience: 2 years’ experience preferably in government accounting an advantage but not required

Qualification Standards

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English or other related courses
Eligibility: CS Professional  Eligibility
Experience: 2 years’ experience in conducting seminars, news writing and public relations
Training: 8 hours of relevant training

(For Regional Extension Unit – Cagayan de Oro City)
Qualification Standards

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Social Work
Eligibility: RA1080
Experience: 2  years’ experience in doing public relations, networking, counselling, facilitation, organizing people
Training: 8 hours of training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses, Training on Program monitoring and evaluation
Additional Requirement: Background on Statutory Workers Benefits, good oral and written communication skills, willing to do field work
